Working under harzardous condition
1 - I focus too much on the details 2- I have a hard time letting go of a project 3- Organization skills 4- Delegating responsibility
I can get too drawn in ensuring all details are smoothed out or sorted. This sometimes leads me to not focus on the bigger picture and get too caught up in the minor details.
Spending more time on a project so as to achieve a perfect result
That will be my struggle with criticism. When I am criticised for not meeting up to expectations or defaulting in some regard, I contend with accepting such observations. It however challenges me to more and better.
