EXPERIENCE
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) | Program Coordinator Teacher Training & Content– Impact Interventions (September 2019 –
Present)
Responsible for the design, execution and reporting of projects for TCF’s outreach program for LCPSs (Low Cost Private Schools)
working in close conjunction with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
 Successful y conducted the first pilot of Idraak Teacher Training Program which was a first-of-its-kind program in TCF
during which 40+ LCPSs’ teachers, hailing from disadvantaged areas, were trained for 45 hours
 Conducted primary and secondary research, including in-depth interviews from over a 100 teachers, and provided
analytics to provide the basic framework for Idraak
 Led the operational aspects of the pilot including communications (external and internal), logistics and execution
 Recorded, analyzed and presented the results of the pilot to DFID (Department for International Development) for
evaluation
 Curated and developed content for future programs that was aligned with the program audience’s needs identified in
the research from the first pilot Network of Organizations Working with People With Disabilities (NOWPDP) | Intern– Yaqeeen (May 2018 – July 2018)
Worked closely with commercial enterprises to provide training and development opportunities for PWDs resulting in more
employability amongst this marginalized section of society
 Made a database of 50+ businesses which was used to provide targeted employment opportunities to PWDs
 Assisted in execution of Khud Mukhtar (self-employment initiative) and facilitated its orientation sessions organized at
different NGOs and provided help to PWDs with documentation

Assisted and edited the report written in col aboration with British Council (Moving from the Margins: Mainstreaming
Young Persons with Disabilities) Habib University | Assistant Coordinator– Dean’s Office AHSS (Nov 2017 – April 2018)
As a student employee was responsible for planning and arranging events catered to the general public and the internal
student body

 Conducted field research at Thatta which included field office visits, hospital visits and participants’ homes
 Made manuals for LHVs employed for the Birth Registry Project that included designing and showcasing SOPs in a
succinct, easy-to-understand format
 Conducted secondary research and wrote concept notes for future research interest areas
