    To have climbed both the educational and career  ladder
To be a successful business owner and employ the youth so as to help in reducing the unemployment rate in the country

    In the next 5 years, I see myself as a mid level full stack engineer, possibly moving into a development manager/project management role. 

I got into development thinking I would leverage my leadership experience in the tech industry, but have fallen in love with coding, and now think I may find happiness and success as an engineer. Debugging code can be tough, but debugging interpersonal conflict may be harder.

    In the next 5 years, I'd like to see myself as an industry expert and a technical architect to whom others can go to for ideas and help. I have had amazing managers and mentors in my past positions and I would be excited to provide similar guidance in a leadership role. I would love to lead a project I'm passionate about and contribute towards the organization's larger goals.

    In five years, I want to have gained experience in leading projects. I will also be looking for opportunities to expand my responsibilities and to work towards my goal.

    Continuing my education - it would be awesome to end up somewhere on the cutting edge of ML implementation. News in that area has been a hobby of mine for years
