Favorite: open source education tools. I think this is so important in this new economy, as workers need to be lifelong learners to be effective.

If I had to pick a favorite technology product I would say JavaScript because I am strongest in that language, but I tend to view the different technologies/tools/languages/frameworks all as tools in a tool box. React is like a jackhammer, for example. Very powerful for certain projects, but unneeded for my personal portfolio, and by using it I would over complicate the project. The tools used should reflect the needs of a particular project, and solve the particular problems presented in that project. Also, as I become more familiar with Ruby I am starting to appreciate it's simplicity and the quantity of built in methods that make problem solving a breeze.

My favorite would be Goolgle's search engine, which brings relevant information front and center and facilitates tremendously the task of discovering something you did not know before.
My least favorite are self-driving vehicles, which are not yet the foolproof tech we aspire and need it to be.

When I think tech products, I'd say my favorite are most AI products, from intelligent websites to cleaning bots, the user-centric nature of these make tech an exciting venture for continuous integration. But my least favorite tech would be destructive malwares meant to support illegal network activities
