I had never had any disagreement with my manager before but when l came back from relieving a colleague in another branch, my manager informed me that l have to go to another branch again to assist because they were under staffed. I didn't like the idea and requested her to send someone else since i have just come in from relieving but she insisted. I explained my self because i was afraid of not meeting my target. We discussed this for a while and came to an agreement and she said she will do sometime and explain to the management the reason of me not meeting my target. That's the only time l had a disagreement with my manager and l learnt that it takes a little dialog and compromise to overcome a disagreement.
