  The company was in the process of merging with another
  Company with the aim of becoming a bigger block and contender in the industry. The proposal appears interesting but turned out to be a takeover plan which was not obvious to me . I disagreed with the notion when the motive was obvious . I resigned from the committee responsible for the merger for my sanity and integrity

  I had never had any disagreement with my manager before but when l came back from relieving a colleague in another branch, my manager informed me that l have to go to another branch again to assist because they were under staffed. I didn't like the idea and requested her to send someone else since i have just come in from relieving but she insisted. I explained my self because i was afraid of not meeting my target. We discussed this for a while and came to an agreement and she said she will do sometime and explain to the management the reason of me not meeting my target. That's the only time l had a disagreement with my manager and l learnt that it takes a little dialog and compromise to overcome a disagreement.

  There will be decisions we don't agree with. I would have to follow the protocol because it might be the best decision for the company. I would listen, trust the experts which are management.

  At my previous location we was set to roles that where assigned by our manager and being that i had more experience in the the field of sales I disagreed that my colleague should have this much respectability due to their lack of time in sales.

  I was sure of the process in the treatment regime and my colleagues from the other unit disagree, but since the bone of contention can cause an erroneous process, I escalated it to our State MEL advisor.
