Responsible for developing and delivering cloud based digital platforms and services in line with corporate strategy. Own roadmap and delivery of key digital platforms and define and deliver business-facing products. Manage internal and external investment for products and services. Manage a range of external suppliers and contractors and act as product owner for internal agile delivery teams. Operationally manage up to 20 development staff delivering digital products and platforms. 
Network System Development Manager - Informatics Services Corporation (Sep. 2015 – Sep. 2017)
Due to new corporate strategy, ISC decided to limit R&D activities on network devices. So, our department where renamed and we continued supporting previous products and started planning for could services.

As a member of ISC research group, promoted five IT solutions including virtual servers, video conference system, thin-clients and Bluetooth file broadcasting technologies through ISC.
  Designed seamless logical line control and media access protocols as the heart of satellite interface.
  Officially praised by R&D director for deploying electronic documentation system to the team for the first time.
  Invented timing offset compensation method for satellite interface. (Domestically patented)
  Invented antenna-pointing mechanism, which reduced the 180cm-wide dish installation time by at least 50%. (Domestically patented)
  Invented simultaneous software update mechanism for satellite modems, updating 6000 satellite terminals at a same time. (Domestically patented)

Co-Founder - Ideal Electronic Systems (1(XXX) XXX-XXXX)
Established IES as a startup in 1994. Effectively played a multidisciplinary role at the very first professional experience. Along with business development, designed low-level and user interface for medical stress test system. Developed ECG noise reduction/signal processing and visualization systems. IES was later acquired by ISC in 2000 for its embedded system development capabilities.
