Besides my love for the web and all things mobile, I'm also a deeply passionate technologist and pride
myself in my ability to solve the most complex of technical challenges.
I owned weblog.co.za before Blogger sold to Google, presented Box Office to the Multichoice Exco is 2007,
pushed Derivco to embrace mobile before the invent of the iPhone and coined the term SEO Hijack with
the invent of MHub.
With over 20 years experience as a developer and technologist, I am uniquely positioned to not only solve
but also implement the most challenging technical problems.
UX Foundry
EXPERIENCE
Sep 2015 to present
CTO
X&Go and HashDo were born in late 2015 after a early run along the
Umhlanga promenade. A prediction that chat would be adopted by
business and the app would be replaced with a collection of contextually
aware digital actions lead me to resign as an architect of a global IT
leader and convince a business parter to join me in founding UX Foundry.
UX Foundry has grown from an idea to a business with customers across
the globe in other 10 verticals. Our largest implementation is a chat based
healthcare platform for Asia's largest pharmaceutical company.
