We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to join and help grow our rapidly scaling team! In this role you will be one of the first members of the recruiting team and you will help shape how the team operates and grows.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with all teams to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Build and refine our interview process across all roles
  • Drive offer approval, extensions and negotiations
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Interface regularly with internal stakeholders and hiring teams; communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline and high level strategy
  • Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience
  • Build a team to support sales recruitment teams across the country
 
You have:
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience (including technical)
  • Experience with recruiting at all levels including software engineers
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
  • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse and talented candidate pipeline
  • Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to grow and manage a recruiting team
