We are looking for a Kansas City Regional Manager to join and help grow our rapidly scaling team! In this role you will help shape how the team operates and grows.

Setting and owning team OKRs
Inform recruitment efforts and manage headcount
Oversee Door to Door Team Leads
Ensure Sales goals are met
Attend daily team stand-up
Assist in training as necessary
Partner Relations Management
Manage all day to day communication with partners
Hold regular business reviews with partners
Own Polis representation at partner all-hands meetings
Maintains all reporting including inputs and outputs
Manage all systems and permissions
Maintain inventory for all required collateral, swag, and hardware
Oversee all internal reporting
Experience working with door to door teams
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong professional relationships
Proven experience in building and managing a diverse team
Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
