  the toughest decision I had to make was a career shift.  I am a very loyal employee, and when I enter a role within an organization that I am passionate about, I'm all in.  However, with the current climate of the live music industry, and the hold on music events for the foreseeable future,  I have realized that I need to be proactive in continuing my career growth.

  I'd say the decision to leave the military and pursue a career as a civilian, and I say that because, the military was a safety net of job security and guaranteed pay, but I wanted more out of life decided to step out of my comfort zone and make active moves to work in an area I have a passion for.
